The Republican Plan For Dictatorship In 2025
Updated: Sep 16

Republicans are openly plotting to maintain power indefinitely after their win in 2025 by fundamentally remolding the government in their own image. The folks who make up the Heritage Foundation, the org that concocted the Project 2025 scheme, are a vibrant mix of oil billionaires and Christian fundamentalists. The Heritage Foundation is funded by Koch Industries, one of the largest donators to the Republican party annually and a multi billion dollar oil company. The architects of the plan have outlined their beliefs in their book Mandate for Leadership: The Conservative Promise which is designed for the next Republican administration. The book opens with conservatives claiming that 'wokeness' is a threat to Christians right to live freely and that 'wokeness' is threatening the tax-exempt status of churches and charities. They claim 'wokeness' wants to destroy Christian schools and clubs. In order to counter this threat, the book advocates for a Christian theocracy.
When it comes to the Department of Health, the Heritage Foundation's Roger Severino states that the next conservative president must “maintain a biblically based, social science–reinforced definition of marriage and family.” A long sentence that possesses the sole intention of targeting gay marriage. Project 2025 urges Republican presidents to classify laws as either "religious" or "nonreligious" and Severino claims that the Centre for Disease Control has damned many Christians straight to hell by whining, “how much risk mitigation is worth the price of shutting down churches on the holiest day of the Christian calendar and far beyond as happened in 2020? What is the proper balance of lives saved versus souls saved?” Just ask for forgiveness.
The Heritage Foundation's John Berry wrote that the U.S. Department of Labor needs to encourage a Christian return to tradition of respecting the Sabbath through forcing businesses to pay workers time and a half on the Sabbath. Although this could be a nice gesture for workers, the purpose of this legislation is to impose strict Christian theological laws and traditions onto every American citizen. They want companies to not have work done at all on the Sabbath and workers lose a day of pay. This flies directly into the face of the first amendment to the US Constitution: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." The Project 2025 planners are religious fundamentalists with the same fanaticism of ISIS but are armed with millions in funding, lawyers rather than guns, and legislation in place of bullets.
These fanatics have outlined their plan for direct action in their nearly 1000 page handbook called Project 2025. They want to fire 50,000 bureaucratic federal workers and replace them with Republican loyalists. This means members of the Pentagon, FBI, CIA, IRS, SEC, EPA, and every three letter agency you can think of. They're going after the internal organs of the government, not just the elected representatives. “We need to flood the zone with conservatives,” said Paul Dans, director of the 2025 Presidential Transition Project and a former Trump administration official. They want to fill the entire government up with drones that serve the Presidents agenda.
Within the first 180 days of the next Republican presidency, a rule called Schedule F will be reinstated which reclassifies tens of thousands of Federal employees as at-will workers who can be easily fired. If the entire administrative state is gutted and replaced by loyalists the president will effectively have the military and all federal bodies under his control, granting them a monopoly on violence and unprecedented power. In fascist fashion they will cease prosecuting any crimes committed by their militias like the Proud boys, 3%ers, Patriot Prayer, Boogaloo boys, and so many others before them. They will stop any research on climate solutions or funding of green energy. They will suppress any mentions of partisan violence and terrorism. They will cement the fascist deep state they're hoping to create. It would be a substantial erosion of the checks and balances of democracy as well as a drain of the true expertise needed to do competent jobs within government positions. A leader that prioritizes loyalty over competence will inevitably lead a sycophantic trainwreck of an administration.
The Heritage Foundation hasn't just written down its intentions. They've gotten their action underway. They've been travelling across the U.S. finding theocratic fanatics and opportunists alike who fit the values they wish to impose and are willing to take any government position they need filled. “This is a clarion call to come to Washington,” Paul Dans reaffirmed. “People need to lay down their tools, and step aside from their professional life and say, ‘This is my lifetime moment to serve.’ They’re building out a database of potential employees, inviting them to be trained in government operations.
The goal is simple. Centralize power in a system, which was invented by their beloved founding fathers, that intentionally decentralizes degrees of power to force cooperation. They want to strip the heart and soul of democracy and replace it with a theocratic overhaul that exists to serve the whims of one individual, Donald Trump or otherwise. They aren't doing it out of love for Trump but hatred of what they consider "woke." Anyone with views that don't align with their rigid religious lifestyle, rampant bigoted social values, or unrestricted capitalistic economics.
This is the essence of their plan in their own words: "History teaches that a President's power to implement an agenda is at its apex during the Administration's opening days. To execute requires a well-conceived, coordinated, unified plan and a trained and committed cadre of personnel to implement it... For conservatives to have a fighting chance to take on the Administrative State and reform our federal government, the work must start now. The entirety of this effort is to support the next conservative President, whoever he or she may be," knowing full well the front-runner up is Donald Trump, a man so uniquely in the position of needing a dictatorship for his own survival. If Trump wins the presidency he doesn't have to spend the rest of his life in prison. If he wins the presidency, he's never going back. Republicans are done playing around. They want a dictator.
